Collection of 4 single images:

  • A calibrated tungsten carbide spiral bur is used to perforate the buccal cortical plate.
  • Two segments of resorbable PDS II suture material are inserted into the cortical perforations using 2 soft tissue tweezers.
  • This to provide  a resorbable ”dome” space.
  • Biomaterial applied under the dome.
